Working drawing of a cat puppet
An original pencil working drawing depicting the same cat puppet documented by Vectis Auctions in 2007 as part of Lot 3412. The drawing shows the puppet front-facing with pointed ears, prominent rounded cheeks, whiskers and raised paws, with a handwritten scale note at the upper left. The sheet measures approximately 250 × 320 mm and has been folded both vertically and horizontally. The associated pair of cat glove puppets from Lot 3412 are not held by The Joy Laurey Archive and their present whereabouts are unknown.
