The third and final released annual associated with the BBC children's television programme The T.V. Whirligig. The colourful cover presents a carousel of familiar Whirligig characters and names Hank, Sooty, H.L. and Mr Turnip, Humpty Dumpty, Mr. & Mrs. Mumbo, The Penguins and Simon the Sardine. The internal title page identifies the volume as Whirligig, devised by Michael Westmore, with acknowledgements to the B.B.C. and its Children's Television Programmes. Copyright is credited to Ariel Productions Ltd, London, and the volume was distributed by Sampson Low, Marston & Co. Ltd., 25 Gilbert Street, London W.1. This volume completes the three known released Whirligig annuals held in sequence as JLA-0209 to JLA-0211.
